School Programs

Chess in the Schools: Based on enrichment classes of 1h each before or after school hours.

Children love to play chess during the entire program and also improve their concentration, creativity and abstract skills. Our program is based on lessons and tournaments and it utilizes chess sets of different sizes and colors, chess puzzle activities, chess notation, all in a fun and entertaining way for children. During the chess classes we make use of technology such as chess software in laptop computers and smart boards. At the end of the period each student will receive an award for their performance. This program is taught by Carolina Blanco, Top female Chess Player in Georgia, Past Member of the Olympic Chess team in Venezuela, 3 time Pan-American champion, and Women International Chess Master. We look forward to having your child in this wonderful program.

WIM, Dr. Carolina Blanco has been a speaker at different corporate meetings that have used the game of Chess as Professional Networking Event.
